I get asked all the time, “Judy, what do YOU eat? What is YOUR diet like?” This page will give you an idea of what my family table looks like, hoping to inspire you to get back into the kitchen without the feeling of overwhelm.
After using these recipes for a while, your confidence in the kitchen will only grow and thus will your creativity. The idea is to use these recipes as a basic foundation and then start making them as your own. As I tell clients and patients, the hardest part is opening the fridge and getting out the chopping board. After that, let the CREATIVITY and HEALTH begin.
