I get asked all the time, “Judy, what do YOU eat? What is YOUR diet like?” And so this page will give you an idea of what you would find on my plate and in my belly. These recipes are great for beginners in the sense that the ingredient list is light, and you don’t need ‘Uncle Google’ or ‘Aunt Siri’ to break down the how-to for you. Because honestly, ain't nobody got time for that! Right?!
After using these recipes for awhile, your confidence in the kitchen will only grow and thus will your creativity. The idea is to use these recipes as a basic foundation and then start making them as your own. As I tell clients and patients, the hardest part is opening the fridge and getting out the chopping board. After that, let the CREATIVITY and HEALTH begin.
